MEET NOELLE
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
After more than a decade leading complex commercial construction projects across the Southeast, founder Noelle Garrity, established COAST Construction & Consulting to bring her expertise, leadership, and vision to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has built her career managing high-profile, multi-million-dollar projects throughout the metro Atlanta area and beyond. Her experience spans both pre-construction and field operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
With expertise in cost estimating, design coordination, contract negotiations, project engineering, and construction management, Noelle offers a well-rounded perspective that helps owners make smarter decisions and achieve successful project outcomes. Her hands-on experience in both planning and execution allows her to identify challenges early, manage risk effectively, and keep projects aligned with your goals.
